Conversions:
| Function | Description |
| BIN_TO_NUM | The Oracle/PLSQL function BIN_TO_NUM converts the vector to the corresponding decimal number. |
| CAST | The Oracle/PLSQL CAST function converts (converts) one data type into another. |
| CHARTOROWID | The function Oracle/PLSQL CHARTOROWID converts the symbol, varchar2, NCHAR or NVARCHAR2 to ROWID. |
| CONVERT | The Oracle/PLSQL CONVERT function converts a string from one character set to another. |
| DECOMPOSE | The Oracle/PLSQL DECOMPOSE function takes a string and returns a Unicode string. |
| FROM_TZ | The Oracle/PLSQL FROM_TZ function converts the TIMESTAMP value to TIMESTAMP with the time zone value. |
| HEXTORAW | The Oracle/PLSQL HEXTORAW function converts a string representing a hexadecimal number into a RAW value. |

| TO_SINGLE_BYTE | The Oracle/PLSQL TO_SINGLE_BYTE function returns a character value in which all multibyte characters are converted to single-byte characters. To use this function, your database character set must consist of both single-byte and multi-byte characters. |
